Job Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing departmental operations, managing drivers, investigating incidents, overseeing job pricing and paperwork, monitoring quality, safety and environmental levels, and providing related services to customers. Responsibilities may include developingcost-effective operations, managing company-owned property and equipment, and ensuring proper procedures and required regulations are followed. This position will work under the direction of a District Manager or equivalent. The Senior Sales & Marketing Communications Representative will be responsible for playing a critical role in leading the distribution and measurement strategy for Universals branded content across social media platforms and will support the Sales and Marketing, and Technology departments by developing content, providing direction, clarity, and creativity for our Best-in-Class social media strategy while leading junior level Sales & Marketing Communications Specialist(s). The position will train with experienced sales representatives to become successful at cross-selling Universals products and services to existing and new potential customers; develop and maintain sales-focused relationships with current and potential customers; work collaboratively with Operations to understand activity levels, utilization, and other factors impacting the area for which they are responsible. The primary goal of the position is to position Universal as a market leader within the industry. The Equipment & Yard Supervisor (EYS) reports to and receives day-to-day work and project direction from the Senior Technical Manager and supports assigned regional operations. The EYS works closely with the operations team and proactively assists in achieving objectives within the Companys procedural guidelines. The EYS leads, supervises and will direct a variable sized team of additional personnel depending on operational and project requirements. The Warehouse Associate 1 performs all warehouse tasks related to shipping, receiving and inventory control. The candidate will work both independently and as part of a team and is expected to collaborate effectively with other department employees/third parties when required. The Warehouse Associate 2 will be responsible for the day to day activities and all tasks associated with the receipt, storage, shipment of product/materials used in the warehouse of an oilfield remanufacture facility. The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the occupational HSE-related activities for the Companys designated operational areas. This position also requires ensuring HSE risks are managed according to Company policies, standards and processes, industry best practices and standards, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involves occasional manual labor functions and duties. The HSE Advisor works closely with and assists other employees and supports designated operational areas. The candidate should have experience within the onshore drilling industry, a proven track record and commitment to achieving all HSE and Company objectives. The Tech 2 - Field Maintenance travels to drilling rig field locations to perform a variety of equipment service and maintenance activities. Activities include servicing, repairing, adjusting and testing equipment, documenting equipment condition and maintenance activities. Additional duties include training and mentoring crew on operational level maintenance, coordinating maintenance related projects on rigs, and providing appropriate feedback to the job site manager and maintenance management team. The Equipment Operator, Entry Level (Non-DOT) is responsible for working as one of the crew members assigned to the field in either cementing, fracturing, or other, as required. The candidate must demonstrate safe work habits, be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Major responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of pumping equipment and attachments and assisting in pumping activities. This position works under the direction of the Service Supervisor or other supervisor, as applicable. The Senior Technical Product Champion, Power Ends will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sustaining the best products and technologies as it relates to power ends. The role must understand the layout and operation of power ends and will be a subject matter expert (SME) within this category. This position works under the direction of the Director, Operations Support. The Technical Product Champion, Fluid Ends will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sustaining the best products and technologies as it relates to fluid ends. The role must understand the design, application, and maintenance of fluid ends and the consumables used in fluid ends; will be a subject matter expert (SME) within this category. The position is expected to be up to date on technology advancements and determine what products are used by Universal with goal of maximizing fluid end life. This position works under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. The Technical Product Champion, Dual Fuel will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sustaining the best products and technologies as it relates to Dual Fuel. The role must have an in-depth understanding of Dual Fuel engines, natural gas distribution, and Dual Fuel operations with a heavy focus on safe operations. This position works under the direction of the Director, Operations Support. The Senior Safety Compliance Trainer will be responsible for conducting new hire safety training and other safety related training. Training may include, but is not limited to: Forklifts, Aerial Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Fall Protection, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, and other instructor led technical and safety compliance training. This position will develop and monitor quality training programs and/or coaching programs to improve safe work practices and performance levels of employees; conduct behavior-based safety observations as required; and through monitoring these processes and programs, develop proficiency within the district. This position works under the direction of the Director, HSE Compliance & Audit. The Senior Safety Compliance Trainer will be responsible for conducting new hire safety training and other safety related training. Training may include, but is not limited to: Forklifts, Aerial Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Fall Protection, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, and other instructor led technical and safety compliance training. The Field Service Technician generally travels to field locations to perform a variety of equipment service and maintenance activities. Activities include troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, adjusting and testing equipment, documenting work performed, equipment condition and other maintenance activities. Additional duties include training and mentoring on operational level maintenance, coordinating maintenance related projects, and providing appropriate feedback to the job site manager and maintenance management team. The Field Service Technician generally travels to field locations to perform a variety of equipment service and maintenance activities. Coordinating maintenance related projects, and providing appropriate feedback to the internal or external job site manager and or maintenance management team. Performing & Training a minimum of 20 complex tasks to OEM specifications. IE. Subassembly.
