Warehouse Associate - 1st ShiftLocation: US-MO-CameronID: 2024-26371Category: ManufacturingPosition Type: Full-timeOverviewCNH Industrial's Cameron team is looking to find a dependable, safety focused and committed member to join our team!Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm!Starting hourly rate: $19.51Holiday Paid Time-Off Available Upon Hire!Outstanding Benefits!CNH Industrial is a world-class equipment and services company, driven by its purpose of Breaking New Ground, which centers on Innovation, Sustainability and Productivity.ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Associate will:Actively participate in all distribution center level safety programs.Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.Operate mobile equipment and obtain parts at higher level racking locations requiring normal depth perception, agility and balance.Push carts on rollers while picking parts in the bin area.Match location numbers on order ticket with geographic location in warehouse to select correct part location.Match part numbers on order with part numbers on packaging for accurate order fulfillment.Prolonged standing and/or walking for long periods of time required.Knee bending, squatting, stooping, or kneeling required.Consolidation.Group totes of product on carts to stage for packing.Select appropriate packaging material to transport product to customer.Print labels and affix to packages.Use bar code scanning device.Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment.Housekeeping - Sweeping, Moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area, Maintain cleanliness of work area.Sort product of various size and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put away.Confirm accuracy of received materials.Verify quality and quantity of parts received.Verify proper location for put-a-way.Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout warehouse.Lift and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.Part Relocation/Secondary Creation.Concepting parts to fit location.All essential job functions are performed for 8 to 10 hour shifts. Overtime is based on business needs.QualificationsRequired:Be 18 years or older to apply.Have intermediate computer knowledge.Proficient reading and writing skills.Preferred:Minimum 1 year applicable experience in a production environment.Minimum 1 year experience operating mobile equipment: forklift, order selector, reach truck.This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8+ hours; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.Company BenefitsCNH Industrial offers a wide variety of benefits that encourage wellness and preventive care.
