Essentra Components is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Associate on 1st shift based in the Louisville, KY area to join our team. In your role as a Warehouse Associate, you would be responsible for basic warehouse duties, including cycle counting and inventory.Essentra is a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip molded and metal components with a portfolio of over 40,000+ products to meet our client's needs. **CNA/caregiver experience DOES NOT apply to this position****MUST have 1+ years of warehouse experience**What we offer:

What you will do:
- Use a 24-foot cherry picker to complete cycle counts, inventory checks and audit checks
- Cross train in areas such as wrappers, barcoding, restacking, and receiving
- Always maintain the highest standard of safety and hold others to the same standard
- Other duties as assigned
- The schedule is from 6am until 230pm, Monday - Friday
What we look for:Required:
- Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction once trained
- Demonstrates an attention to detail in their work
- MUST have 1+ years of warehouse experience
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Able to lift, move and stack individual boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work 24 feet in the air for prolonged periods of time
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- General PC skills

Preferred:
- B-Pix software experience is a BIG plus
