DescriptionThis 3rd shift Warehouse Associate & Shuttle Driver position is responsible for weighing and packaging materials in the production department as well as loading and unloading trucks, labeling stock and non-stock materials, processing inbound and outbound freight bills, and completing any other tasks related to Shipping and Receiving. NOTE: Shuttle Driver: 26-foot box truck experience needed. Class A CDL preferred but not required. Clean driving record required. Work Schedule: 11pm to 7am with a Sunday night start. Rotating weekends (A/B schedule) including Saturday and or Sunday as needed.Responsibilities
- Documents/ Record Incoming raw material information
- Loads, unloads, and picks materials as needed
- Operates heavy motorized material handling equipment
- Moves material or merchandise to and from storage facilities
- Examines materials for damage
- Stores and stacks items in accordance with established storage rules and methods
- Counts and arranges inventory as needed
- Assembles, prepares, and checks merchandise to be loaded onto trucks
- Ensures shipments are properly labeled and packed
- Obtains related documentation for each order
- Ensures correct ingredients are delivered to the work area
- Mixes and weighs out ingredients to meet customer orders and specifications
- Sets up and starts any weigh-up or packaging machinery, checking all controls for adherence to operating/safety procedures
- Remains aware of any issues or concerns with machinery and processes
- Supplies production laborers with appropriate materials and keeps all equipment operational
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, up to every other weekend
- Must be able to pass a forklift test
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test
- Valid Drivers's License
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Education and Experience
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred forklift experience
- Preferred previous manufacturing experience
