Recruiting Agencies - Please Do Not Contact This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, responsible, and efficient warehouse operation at the Cape Girardeau, MO distribution center and manufacturing site. Essential Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving unloading trucks, matching paperwork by confirming accuracy of load/unload, and providing the correct paperwork to customer service
- Operate the following equipment: forklift and bulk truck loader
- Sort and place materials in the proper inventory location as directed
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method
- Open bales, crates and other containers
- Record transfer materials via appropriate computer program
- Assist in counting of physical inventory
- Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of processing areas; includes hands-on cleaning and maintenance along with organization and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other departments
- Other duties not listed above as assigned by immediate supervisor

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment
- Exhibit superior safety practices every day evidenced by outstanding housekeeping daily
- Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by fostering and supporting responsible operating procedures
- Demonstrate leadership skills in driving change and improving the integrity of applicable processes and systems
- Extend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with the courtesy and dignity shown to customers
