Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job, in accordance with the ADA and applicable state/local law.Essential Functions:Adhere to established safety, quality, & performance standards while meeting department accuracy standardsModel DISH Manufacturing and Distribution Values & BehaviorsPerform a variety of inventory transactions using computer applicationsCreating shipment documentation and ensure accurate record keepingEffectively interact with and speak to all levels of organizational staff, customers, and company personnel while maintaining professionalismPull (Retrieve) items from inventory and audit material needed for sales orders, work orders, sub-inventory, and/or interorganizational transfersLabel, scan, enter, and process shipping confirmations to customer service, retail, and/or upgrade ordersWhen assigned to do so, provide frequent coverage in multiple areas while meeting performance expectations of each areaReport to work on-site on a regular, predictable and timely basisWork variable shifts including nights, holidays and weekendsMeet all of DISH's performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all applicable metrics, productivity standards, goals, and expert proficiencies related to overall performanceEssential Physical Functions:The employee frequently is required to mobilize around the work area, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and standing for long periods of timeThe employee must have the ability to lift up to 45 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds occasionallyThe employee must have the ability to use a computer mouse, keyboard, and other office equipment typically found in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentEssential Sensory Functions:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk to customers and other employees and hear speech from customers and other employeesThe employee will need to regularly interact and communicate with others, including but not limited to, face to face communications, over the phone communications, and chat messaging communications.
