WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE I JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIE S At Magnolia, t he Warehouse Associate is responsible for all duties pertaining to the product life cycle within the W arehouse, which includes receiving, organizing, staging, and maintaining inventory along with picking and safely packing guest and distribution orders. This position works from our W arehouse in Waco, Texas. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Learn and utilize all available technology to perform daily tasks in all areas, including daily operation of RF device and performing transactions within the W arehouse management system Complete assigned daily duties , keeping Magnolia safety regulations as a top priority Perform o ther duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1+ years of warehouse work experience preferred While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk most of the day. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock.
