**Warehouse Associate**
**Ops - MA - Fall River, MA - Full Time**
**Venture Solar** is hiring a **Warehouse Associate.**
Candidates must have experience in receiving, issuing, organizing materials for maximum efficiency and preparing material daily to support **Venture Solar** residential installation crews.
**You will be responsible for:**
* Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable, and identifiable
* Must maintain a clean and orderly warehouse with accurate inventory and prepare all installation kits on time.
* Pull material, restock installation crew vans, and return excess materials
* Review and document inventory count to ensure accuracy within the warehouse daily
* Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists, and job closeout paperwork
* Deliver materials to job sites when needed
* Use computer software system to issue and receive material
**What youll bring:**
* Must have previous experience with forklift
* Ability to use a forklift to load and unload trucks
* Mechanical aptitude to pre-assemble parts
* Ability to perform repetitious duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
* Must be able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
* Excellent customer service skills required
* Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
* Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success
* Computer skills are preferred
**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:**
Valid, Active Drivers License in the State of hire and Forklift Certification.
**Compensation:**
Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.
