Shift: Monday-Friday Day Shift, No Weekends, No HolidaysEnglefield Oil | Duchess - Family owned & operated in Heath, OH for over 60 years.SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate is responsible to perform various warehouse duties and order processing activities, including pulling and packaging product, loading and unloading trucks, and operating various equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Pick, package and ship orders accurately. • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately. • Examine incoming and outgoing shipments; examine for defects, and damage. • Check, verify and fill customer invoices accurately. • Perform physical inventory and cycle counts. • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize; warehousing procedures. • Clean and organize warehouse daily, including inventory and space. • Report any safety concerns to Warehouse Management. • Manage quality sampling program to Shell and Company Standards. • Create a culture of safety via a behavior based safety program whereby employees own their safety. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma. • Proven warehouse experience. • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack. • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system. • Ability to lift or move heavy products. • Ability to read, write and speak English.
