EV Construction, a general contractor in business since 1945, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a full-time role based in Holland, MI. We're ranked among the best of the best in safety, quality and craftsmanship. What really makes our company great is the team. This individual will be responsible for:
- Support warehouse operations that serve as a support center to the company's construction business
- Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials, tools and supplies and place in appropriate area for pick up or delivery; record / log incoming and outgoing tools, equipment and materials
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of construction tools and equipment
- Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and EV facility (indoor and out)
- Promote high standards of customer service
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Experience / Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of construction hand tools and equipment
- Valid Driver's License, ability to obtain a chauffer's license
- Must work safely, have a high standard for quality, integrity and great work ethic.
