Nesco Resource is looking for Warehouse Associates in Southington, CT. Positions are currently available within the packaging department as well as Shipping/Receiving department. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. Availability on both 1 st and 2 nd shifts. OT and Saturdays might be required depending on production needs. We're looking for candidates who are seeking a career and not just a job!

Pay Range:

$17.00-$18.50/hour (depending on experience and shift) 1 st Shift Hours:6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday- Friday 2 nd Shift Hours: 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday- Friday

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Packaging materials to be shipped out to customers.
• Issuing and receiving materials and chemicals.
• Checking product lists and confirming that the correct products are being packaged.
• Inspection of incoming materials, verifying accuracy.
• Operate a pallet jack (depending on department).
• General data entry to track materials and shipments.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and math skills.
• Must have computer skills.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous quality/inspection experience preferred.
