FSCA is the leading provider of on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide, offering mobile on-site fleet service for light medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers. FSCA also services customers utilizing its 20+ nationwide service centers; each offering accident repair, painting, refurbishment, and heavy mechanical repair. We are supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center and provide scheduled maintenance services and unscheduled services to fleets anywhere, anytime. FSCA is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our branch warehouse team. A Warehouse Associate will provide support to the parts and service departments, including the effective and efficient operation of the branch warehouse area. Duties
  • Always portray a welcome and positive image of the company.
  • Assist sales staff with special order requests, and product line information.
  • Assist service technicians in locating parts and posting of parts to repair orders in a polite and timely manner when requested.
  • Prepare customer sales orders as received from internal and external sales including accurate invoicing, determining, and utilizing packaging methods to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Orders are ready one (1) day prior to delivery.
  • Assist delivery person in loading parts shipments, contact freight companies for scheduling outgoing shipments, and processes U.P.S. deliveries.
  • Offload and inspect all incoming freight, reconcile product counts to bill of lading, and accurately receive into system parts inventory.
  • Separate and stock freight in a timely manner.
  • Receive and coordinate customer parts returns.
  • Communicate inventory variances to purchasing staff.
  • Assist purchasing staff with special order requests.
  • Accurately check inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in the annual inventory of parts.
  • Assist, as backup, parts counter sales with phone and walk-in customers when necessary.
  • Assist as backup to Parts Driver when needed.
  • Clean and organize the warehouse, yard areas and outlying storage buildings.
  • Ensure storage areas are neat and orderly, keeping empty parts bins and freight containers removed.
Requirement
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred or two (2) years of warehouse or related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to build successful business relationships.
  • Ability to exert 36 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 22 to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 11 to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Proficient at a basic level with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Ability to meet performance expectations by effectively managing time and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete work with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to successfully work in an environment where all members pool their knowledge, skills, and abilities to achieve a shared objective.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet Cox Automotive Mobility minimum driving qualification standards.
