H2H Blinds is looking to hire a full-time
Warehouse Associate to join our team in our
Charlotte, NC location. In this role you will be preparing window treatment orders by picking items, unloading delivery trucks and palletizing outgoing shipments, maintaining stock, and basic warehouse responsibilities.

What You Will Be Doing - Prepare orders by picking items, making modifications, and organizing for pick up.
- Unloading delivery trucks and palletizing outgoing shipments.
- Stocking incoming inventory and maintain minimum inventory levels.
- Performing End of Month inventory.
- Maintaining quality controls and services by following organization standards.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping area clean and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completing deliveries by driving a box truck or van to and from warehouses 1-2 days a week.
What Makes You Great - You have a high school diploma or a G.E.D Certificate
- Two years of experience in a warehouse facility
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations regarding warehouse and power tools
- Basic construction skills and experience using a miter saw
- Your good interpersonal skills and courtesy
- Basic computer skills using Google, Excel, and Outlook
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Maintain DOT certification
Physical Requirements - Work is performed mostly while standing
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull a medium weight up to 75 pounds
- Requires activities involving being around machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust
