As a Warehouse Associate you will help drive the success of Accurate Mechanical by maintaining accurate inventory levels of necessary tools and materials. Ensure all tools and materials are in good working order and prepared for each project. These duties are not all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned at any given time based on business needs.
- Maintain inventory levels of assigned warehouse.
- Load and unload goods being delivered from vendors
- Ensure that correct quantity has been received by comparing received goods with information on the work order
- Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information
- Ensure that delivery forms are signed only upon satisfaction of completed order
- Ensure warehouse is clean and organized to allow for quick and efficient use.
- Allocate storage space for items based on their types and sizes
- Comply with the company's safety and security procedures
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement
- Ensure quality control of goods coming in and going out of the warehouse
- Deliver materials and tools to job sites as needed.
- Pick up materials and tools from vendors as needed.

- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid drivers license
- Ability to pull and backup trailer
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to manage competing demands and projects
- Willingness to work in unconditioned space
- Experience with computers
In this position you are subject to work in indoor and outdoor conditions. Those could include, but are not limited to; heat, cold, wind, rain, or snow. You will also be subject to work in cramped, tight, dirty spaces or would be required to climb ladders.
