Job Overview:

Warehouse Associates are critical members of our team, ensuring our products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and timely. As a Warehouse Associate, you will efficiently and safely load and unload trucks, sort, transport, and stock tires within the facility by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. You may also pick, pack, and ship tires to customers. The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the facility's supervisor/manager.

Duties And Responsibilities May Include:

  • Accurately read and interpret orders to pick, check, and ship products.
  • Efficiently pick orders using stock/cherry pickers, following order specifications.
  • Sort and organize tires on racks or bins per inventory procedures.
  • Use computers, tablets, and RF scanners for inventory and order management.
  • Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Operate high-reach trucks for inventory control.
  • Assist with inventory counts and support audits by adhering to quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.

Experience:

  • Warehouse experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)
  • Cherry Pickers: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Reach Truck Operators: 2 years (Preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while actively contributing to team success.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to cross-training and taking on new tasks.
  • Exceptionally reliable, ensuring consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Regularly capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying items up to 75 pounds.
  • Frequently engages in climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling as part of daily tasks.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Requires frequent precision in hand and finger dexterity for handling and operating tools and equipment.
Compensation:
  • $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule:

  • Receiving & Inventory Teams:
    • Typically Mon-Fri (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
    • Five-day/eight-hour shifts (typically followed by weekends off)
  • Shipping/Order Fulfillment Team:
    • Typically Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
    • Four-day/ten-hour shifts (typically followed by three consecutive days off)

Job Type: Full-time day shift, on-site
