Nesco Resource is looking for a for a Warehouse Associate for a temp to hire opportunity with an excellent client in Goodyear, AZ.We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, and packing orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products. (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Keep up with box truck maintenance.
• positive interactions with customers.

Requirements and skills:

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• High school degree.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Ability to drive a box truck.

What makes a good Warehouse Worker?A good Warehouse Worker should be able to work in a team environment and have a great work ethic. The ideal skills are the ability to coordinate, organize and plan. Being dependable with excellent time management and documentation skills is a huge asset.
