The Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing and completing orders, receiving and processing warehouse stock products, performing inventory controls, loading and unloading products, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting store sales efforts. This role also involves operating and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment, as well as providing customer service as needed.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
- Load and unload products from deliveries
- Rotate stock and pull product from the sales floor and stockroom, as needed
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Support the sales efforts at a store
- Ensure that the stockroom is organized
- Operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment, as needed
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
