Starts at $17 per hour or more depending on experience! Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. Duties - Load and unload delivery trucks - Perform heavy lifting of materials must be able to pull and lift up to 100 lbs - Must be able to push and pull freight of 500 lbs with or without a mechanical aid - Work in a distribution center environment - Use of hand tools and power tools for disassembling shipping boxes and cutting wood - Assist drivers with load out - Log appointments for dock time - Maintain inventory control by keeping records of goods received and shipped - Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks - Other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills - Must be able to read, write, and perform simple mathematical calculations - Moderate computer skills - Customer communication skills, phone and in person - Strong order fulfillment skills - Proficient in packaging techniques - Skilled in inventory control practices - Competent in operating heavy equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks LOCATION Canton, Ohio 44720 PAY $17.00 HR
