Overview:Warehouse Associate We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to machine handling, safety practices, inventory management, and warehouse organization. Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Efficiently and safely load and unload machines, ensuring proper handling and secure transport.
  • Adhere to and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse, following established safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
  • Support inventory management activities, including organization, labeling, and tracking of materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to stage machines in the warehouse, optimizing space and ensuring accessibility.
  • Contribute to maintaining the quality of machines during handling and storage, reporting any damages or issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a well-organized warehouse.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
  • Support special projects or tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
QualificationsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

The pay or salary range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum projected rate of pay for the specific position across our United States locations. Equally as important, as a team member, individual earnings may consider knowledge, skills, abilities, work location and related factors. The current hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Wallenius Wilhelmsen team members are also eligible for annual merit-based salary adjustments, and participation in competitive benefit programs. Some roles in the company may offer an additional annual bonus. Additional details on salary or pay ranges and benefits will be available through the interview and employment process. Salary or pay ranges are separate from bonus opportunities and/or benefit plans.
