We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.Job DescriptionA Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.Reporting Location: Dracut, MACompensation: $20.90 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked (5 pm to 5 am)Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, occasional FridaysStart Time: 5:00 PM – until work is complete; 8+hrs/shift. Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employment.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional mannerLoad and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forkliftPalletize products for loadingOperate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.Take care of our products through proper handling and storageEnsure inventory is properly maintainedEnsure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheldWork indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsMove our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refuelingHandle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)QualificationsRequirements/QualificationsYou must be at least 18 years of ageYou must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)You must have the ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shiftYou must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and be willing to work overtime as neededWarehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we will train associatesPrimo Brands' established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
