We're seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse. Your ability to operate material handling equipment, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service will be essential in contributing to our success. Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations:
- Operate order picker or reach truck efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and selling related products.
- Utilize WMS console experience, SAP ECC Projection systems, and Manhattan WMS systems.
- Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
- Data Management:
- Perform data entry and computer-related tasks.
- Maintain attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating order picker or reach truck.
- Solid understanding of health and safety measures in a warehouse.
- Basic math and recording abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds or more and work on feet for long hours.
- Experience shipping, receiving, or selling related products.
- WMS console experience.
- SAP ECC Projection systems and Manhattan WMS systems experience.
- Forklift certification is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data entry and computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Raymond's equipment experience.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
