Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will perform general warehouse duties, including the handling, moving, and lifting of items. The role involves being on your feet and moving throughout the majority of the shift. The position requires basic computer experience, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and RF gun usage. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent pending corporate approval.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trailers, moving machines, and conducting basic data entry.
- Operate RF guns and perform tasks related to warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Follow standard safety protocols when lifting, especially for items over 40 lbs, which require assisted lifts.
- Maintain organization and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications: - Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including extensive lifting, standing, and walking.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with RF guns for inventory management.
