Job Description:
Who You Are: As a Quality Control Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for inspecting luxury apparel products prior to packing and shipping orders. Your role will also involve various general warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, and ticketing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient with shipping and inventory software. Responsibilities: • Verify and process orders using shipping and inventory systems • Receive and re-ticket products • Sort and prepare merchandise for shipping by category • Inspect all items for damages • Organize stock and maintain inventory, including stock counts and audits • Adhere to all company safety and hygiene standards • Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed • Exhibit attention to detail when handling luxury products • Utilize basic computer skills for inventory management and retail systems • Assist with receiving, picking, and packing orders • Solve problems related to stock discrepancies • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Adapt to new technologies and procedures Qualifications: • High School Diploma required • 1 to 2 years of professional experience; luxury retail experience preferred but not mandatory • Must demonstrate a professional work ethic • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability are critical • Ability to shrink-wrap skids and create boxes is essential • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance • Safe operation of all material handling equipment, including pallet jacks • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Physical capability to walk, lift, or stand for extended periods • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and Temera • Experience with warehouse inventory systems such as RFID scanning, Zebra printers, and PDA scanners • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards supply chain and inventory management modules, is preferred • Knowledge of shipping software, including UPS, DHL, and FedEx, is required Start:ASAP Pay:$22/hr *temp to hire opportunity
