The warehouse associate will be responsible for the overall warehouse duties. We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse assistant to join our team, a warehouse associate's main responsibility is ensuring that all stock is accounted for, processed, and organized to meet company standards.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Warehouse Operations
- Fulfilling product order invoices
- Inspecting manufactured products for defects and damage
- Loading packages onto delivery trucks for deliveries
- Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
- Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
- Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping or deliveries.
- Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
- Scanning labels to ensure products are accounted for per purchase orders.
- Creating tracking reports
- Ensuring that regulatory compliance requirements are met

SKILLS REQUIRED
- A valid driver's license
- Fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and delivering orders.
- Good communication skills for interacting and coordinating with coworkers
- Willingness to work as a team player
- Problem-solving skills to effectively handle urgent issues
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks
- Physical stamina and strength to tolerate heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time
- Organizational skills when assembling packages and shipments
- Basic math and computer literacy skills for creating invoices and other financial documents
- Ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, and other warehouse equipment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The minimum education requirement for a warehouse associate is a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
