Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAs a Warehouse Associate with Envision Cold, you will assist in receiving, storing and distributing products in our warehouse. This includes picking, packing and shipping of orders in a cooler/freezer environment. Overall, the Warehouse Associate contributes to the efficient functioning of the warehouse by ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.Hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday and may include some needs for overtime and Saturdays with business demands. What you'll do (including, but not limited to):
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pickup according to schedule, including tasks such as load, pack, wrap, label, and ship.
- Build loads with relevant equipment.
- Inspect inventory for damage and defaults.
- Mark and label stock.
- Complete any necessary paperwork for inventory.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Keep Supervisors and Team apprised of any issues or discrepancies.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned/needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a good attendance record and work ethic.
- Prior warehouse experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (minimum of 40 lbs.) as required.
- Comfortable working in cold/freezing temperatures while wearing personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
- High degree of attention to prevent injury to others.
- Bilingual in both Spanish and English highly preferred.
