We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Operations team. You'll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field to help support our mission. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of medical supplies and equipment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory, as well as picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment.     • You will receive, inspect, and organize medical supplies and equipment.
    • You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment that have varying requirements
    • You will collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • You will utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and update records.
    • You will assist in periodic inventory counts and audits.
    • You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading and unloading trucks.
    • You will communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
    • You will support other warehouse operations and tasks as needed.

    • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • You show 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or similar setting, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
    • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
    • You possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • You exhibit proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills.
    • You display excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • You have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • You hold forklift certification or show willingness to obtain certification.
