Current Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, starting at 5:45 PM, averaging 40-45 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and build/wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software.
• Ensure selected products are correct and damage-free.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Work as a team to keep aisles clear and return equipment to designated areas.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull products weighing 20 to 80+ lbs. is required.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for safety and job-related training.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday, with some weekends and holidays required.
• Preferred recent experience in high-endurance physical roles such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction work.
• Previous experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.

Compensation is based on relevant experience and education, and ranges between $22.00/hr and $29.00/hr. This role is eligible for overtime compensation, commissions, retention bonuses, and shift differentials.
