Yorktel is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for keeping the product flowing between the fabrication floor and warehouse based on site need by dates. This position's focus with be the timely receiving and prompt movement of material to the correct put away location. This position will also be involved in all other Warehouse activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager, who provides direction and support for day-to-day tasks.
  • Works cross-functionally between departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Requires experience and in-depth knowledge of inventory management, strong organizational skills, and warehouse experience.
  • Works with internal departments to address and resolve concerns.
  • Requires regular planning and teamwork to assist with product coordination and movement.
  • Regularly communicates answers and responds to inquiries via email and voice.
  • Handles and protects internal and external confidential information, exercising discretion and judgment in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform receiving and material put-away daily.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and shipping project materials.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts.
  • Create shipping documents.
  • Perform inventory transactions using ERP system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Does not have authority or decision-making responsibilities.

Education & Experience:

  • Requires High School Diploma
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and UPS WorldShip system.
  • Experience with international shipping procedures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with packaging, crating, and shipping electronic equipment worldwide.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires extensive sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Limited weekend and/or night work may be required
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts.
