- Ensure accurate staging and identification of orders.
- Validate proper loading/unloading of trucks, including trailer inspections.
- Deliver supplies to production kitchens and track inventory transactions using Sage.
- Assist with cycle counts, product storage, and pallet organization.
- Perform equipment inspections and maintain a clean workspace.
- Comply with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and company safety regulations, including PPE usage.
- Serve as a backup to Warehouse Associate A when needed.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure food safety practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3-6 months of warehouse experience.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and solve standard problems.
- Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, and Reach Truck certifications (provided in-house).
- Proficiency in English and basic computer operations, especially Sage transactions.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 60 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
- Exposure to loud environments, extreme temperatures, and wet/humid conditions.
