General Summary The position is responsible for packing, unpacking, recieving and shipping all orders direct to consumers, retailers, and events. Associate must work efficiently and accurately to meet and exceed KPIs. Additionally, other tasks may be requested of you to accommodate business needs. Customer Experience & Business Performance Focus:
- Perform various functions involved in packing, unpacking, receiving and shipping materials and products, keeping the Customer First focus in all aspects of warehouse functions.
- Communicate with the warehouse lead if there is any issue or damage to equipment.
- Communicate if there are inaccuracies with shipment contents.
- Communicate with fellow associates on shared assignments.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned outside of specialty area.
Steward of the Brand:
- Accurately process orders using a computer and online systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business.
Operational Excellence Focus:
- Safely move materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks, carts, or other equipment.
- Safely working with conveyers to accurately process and ship materials.
- Loading/Unloading Trucks.
- Meet and exceed KPIs
Skills & Abilities Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Solid math skills, including the ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Confident and clear communicator with strong teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail can work well and efficiently under pressure and deadlines.
- Experience and fluency with online software systems, preferably NetSuite or Oracle.
- Comfortable and willing to embrace change and adapt strategies on the fly.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing/Sitting throughout a shift
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
