Adecco is Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate Material Handler in Flower Mound Tx.Shift:Tue-Fri - 8am - 5pm and Sat 6 am- 2:30 pmPay Rate:$20/hourPosition Overview:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks within the Distribution Center, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, product preparation, verification, shipping/manifesting, cycle counting, and other duties as assigned. The goal is to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.Duties and Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound activities, including inventory management and material movement within the warehouse.Perform warehouse activities for inbound, outbound, and inventory processes using Radio Frequency equipment.Collaborate with co-workers and maintain a productive work environment.Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, Operations Manager, and DCM.Participate in improvement programs and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace.Adhere to QSHE and security regulations, ensuring a safe and friendly work environment.Manage accurate inventory through adherence to procedures.Inbound activities may include receiving, checking, sorting, and storing products; unloading materials from trailers; verifying and marking inventory; palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.Outbound activities include order preparation, picking, packing, processing, staging, and loading products.Inventory activities involve managing inventory, cycle counting, and reporting discrepancies.If you're interested or need more information, please let us know!Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
