Job Description:As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks, utilizing ERP systems, and ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and processed. Your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate ERP systems to update inventory, track shipments, and perform data entry.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse role, with a focus on shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data entry (experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
