Job Title: Warehouse Associate Reports To: Regional Service Manager Location: Holt, MI Business Unit: Field Services Role Summary: Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join us as a Warehouse Associate in Holt, MI. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-moving, patient-focused setting amongst extraordinarily talented professionals dedicated to making life-changing innovation possible in orthopedics and beyond with brands such as DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare and Exos. This position will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including, but not limited to, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking and auditing inventory, stocking shelves, and performing general warehouse maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
  • Prepares daily outbound shipments and stocks all inbound shipments.
  • Processes and selects all orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversees inventory warehouse orders, shipments, transfers to accounts, audit accuracy, and overstock returns.
  • Provides alternate support to the warehouse for deliveries as needed.
  • Troubleshoots and responds to all fulfillment and consigned inventory issues as they arise.
  • Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
  • A strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse logistics and/or inventory management experience.
  • Experience providing operational support to a commercial sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle comparable data ordering system.
  • Experience with cloud order management system.
Work Environment | Physical Demands:
  • Typical warehouse environment.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
  • Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
