Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management: Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Service Technician: Perform technical service tasks, including installation, repairs, and maintenance of products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
- Coordination: Work closely with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, service requests, and completed jobs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and/or service technician roles.
- Strong technical skills with experience in product installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
