As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking products from Fresh and Frozen Inventories, packing orders for shipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. You will report directly to the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor and work in a dynamic team environment. This is a full-time, direct hire, opportunity. Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, some overtime
- Pay: $18 to $22/Hr.
- Start Date: Mid-October
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack finished goods for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in packing and shipping areas.
- Monitor and maintain food safety standards.
- Operate mechanical lifts safely.
- Assist with inventory control duties.

Qualifications:
- Strong math and counting skills.
- Fluency in English; ability to read sales orders and bills of lading.
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality orientation.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment (cool/wet plant conditions).
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds; assistance available for heavier loads.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to treat coworkers with respect and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn about various seafood types on the job.
