Leading wine and spirits distributor, M.S. Walker, seeks a dedicated and motivated 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate at our Rhode Island location who can frequently lift up to 45 lbs and enjoys being a night owl! Full-time hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am.Take a look at our Rhode Island warehouse in action! ( Responsibilities:Pick product from warehouse shelves by hand or with a forkliftLoad trucks with picked product in efficient manner to be sent out for deliveryTo take and understand verbal direction from management while performing tasks in a productive mannerFollow all company safety procedures and never put yourself or fellow workers at risk through unsafe work practicesCommunicate with fellow workers and management in an effective, positive manner to assure the completion of assigned tasksRequirements1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse environmentQualified to drive and operate all warehouse equipment, including: Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Pallet Jacks, in a safe and effective mannerAbility to recognize and distinguish product, both visually and in writingPhysical Requirements include, but are not limited to: ability to work at heights; long periods of walking, standing, bending and heavy lifting.
