ABOUT THE ROLE Location: Soho Warehouse

Comp: $17/hr
Position Summary: The KITH Warehouse Associate is a key part of the product/merchandise cycle. They receive all product at the Warehouse and diligently prepare it for the stores or ecommerce channels. Working under the guidance of the Warehouse Leadership Team, they work to maintain an operationally efficient process throughout the entire product flow cycle. From receiving and preparing new product, to transferring the product to its assigned store, the Warehouse Associate works alongside a collaborative team to ensure all product is accurately accounted for and all Standard Operating Procedures are followed. The Warehouse Associate supports the Store & E-Commerce channels by fulfilling any orders, as required by the business. This position is seasonal with the possibility of becoming permanent, strictly based off the availability of a permanent position as well as the performance of the employee, throughout their tenure.
RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities: - Partner with Warehouse Leadership to execute tasks that streamline the product cycle.
- Conduct Physical Inventories and/or cycle counts as assigned by Management or as the business requires.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Consistently work with Management to ensure stores or clients are receiving product in a timely manner.
- Assist Management in maintaining a clean and safe workspace, by completing traditional cleaning tasks such as but not limited to, sweeping, breaking down boxes, and collecting/disposing of garbage.
- Executing any necessary assigned tasks before or after regular Warehouse operating hours.
- Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures.
Special Projects: - Participate and assist stores in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
- Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.
- Provide support to Store teams during events, big product launches or overall heavy business days.
- Support the E-Commerce team in fulfilling or processing any orders/returns, as required by the business.
REQUIREMENTS Availability: - Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.
Experience: - 6+ Months in a retail operations position.
- 6+ Months in a retail/apparel environment is a plus.
- 6+ Months in a Warehouse environment is a plus.
Skills/Abilities: - Standing/Walking for prolonged periods of time
- Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
- Bending, twisting as well as climbing of ladders and other physical tasks related to standard retail operations
- Efficient time management skills
