Responsibilities
As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for assisting with the shipping, receiving, and inventory management of goods and products.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for delivery and shipment to customers; cut filter media.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Warehouse-related experience is preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication, time management, and inventory management a plus.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. and withstand physical demands, including heavy lifting, bending, and repetitive motions.
- Experience with general hand and power tools; ability to work on ladders.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Eligibility to drive for company business is a plus. To qualify as a company driver, candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have satisfactory results from a driving record check.
Eligibility and Compensation
- All candidates must be eligible to work in the US and able to pass a background check; and drug screen if required.
- This is an hourly-paid position, and pay rate will be commensurate with level of experience.
