Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As we expand to new locations there will be room for growth in this role. As a warehouse associate you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our store, ensuring that new arrivals are placed on the floor, customers receive timely assistance with loading merchandise to their vehicles and assist in the weekly resets of the store. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities Maintain inventory on the showroom floor and warehouse. Hang artwork and light fixtures through out store. Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment, including hand trucks when necessary. Assist with pick up of sold items and drop off of new inventory. Create and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with warehouse manager and merchandising team to optimize workflow and address any operational issues. Be flexible with tasks that may include helping sales staff. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, and tall ladders safely. Must be able to go up ladders regularly. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy items (at minimum 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
