Warehouse Associates - Join a Leader in Beauty and Personal Care Retail Distribution!

Our client, a top name in Beauty and Personal Care Retail Distribution, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team in Chambersburg, PA. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be an essential part of the Distribution Department, supporting both the Warehouse and Logistics Teams. Bring your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and team spirit to help drive success in this dynamic environment.

Job Title:Warehouse AssociateLocation: Chambersburg, PAAvailable Shifts and Pay Rates:

• Monday-Thursday: 6:30am - 4:30pm $17/hr ($25.50/hr OT rate)
• Monday-Thursday: 7:30pm- 5:30am $20/hr ($30/hr OT rate)

Special Notice for Peak Season

From 11/25 to 12/07, all team members will be scheduled to work 6-7 days a week to support peak season demand, so be prepared to give your best effort. This period will require mandatory overtimeand pay for all team members.

Whats the Job?

Gain hands-on experience in a warehouse environment.

Stage products efficiently within the warehouse.

Pick and pack orders with precision using established practices.

Use headsets, RF scanners, or other tools as required by the client.

Safely move products within pallet racks using powered equipment.

Help organize warehouse storage space for optimal efficiency.

Whats Needed?

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Capable of standing throughout the work shift.
• Basic math skills for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.
• Experience with RF Scanner and Pallet Jack operations preferred.
