Warehouse Certifier

This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fastpaced warehouse operation

Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
  • Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
  • Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
  • Track each load accurately
  • Accurately count all pallets
  • Maintain pace of pallet configuration
  • Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
  • Identify priorities and coordinate resources
  • Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate picker and loader team
  • Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
  • Embrace and promote a culture of “stack, wrap, strap”
  • Other duties as Assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,500 - $50,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
