Position Description As a Part-Time Warehouse Clerk (Inventory) in our Atlanta Warehouse, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Unloading, inspecting, stocking, cycle counting and maintaining inventory
- Perform general warehouse processes including picking, packaging and shipping of customer orders
- Palletize completed orders for carrier-specific pickups
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems software to maximize performance
- Understand and comply with Applied Medical's Quality Systems, safety rules and company policies
Position Requirements This position requires the following skills and attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- Read, write and speak English
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis
Preferred The following skills and attributes are preferred:
- More than 2 years of receiving and inventory experience
- Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience
- Knowledge of Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP)
- Ability to operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacks
