Responsibilities
Process all parts orders in Solomon & Atlas for Install Team
Follow up on Orders/PO'S when needed by PM.
Update tracking on Vendor orders and ensure parts are generated and notes are entered via Solomon & Atlas
Ordering & maintaining in office supplies as needed
Receive all boxes delivered via UPS/FED EX
Receive packing slips in SAP daily & file with job packet.
Send out email of parts received daily to Install & Service
Update inventory counts weekly for parts pulled from stock.
Process Shipping Labels if needed to ship any items for branch.
Process Returning Material (RMA's) and ship to correct vendor.
Work with other branches for equipment needed and process transfers.
