This position requires a hard worker with attention to detail. Good organizational skills are extremelyimportant and the ability to multitask and manage the flow of material in and out of the warehouse are key traits. Basic computer skills are required.This position has the potential to grow in responsibility and compensation over time.Key Responsibilities:Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store and correctly process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures for customer orders while sustaining a high level of quality to ensure customers receive the correct product in the time promisedAbility to lift to 80 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods of timeReceiving materials, verifying the quality, type and quantity received is correct. Verify the appropriate documentation is present (i.e. packing list)Ship returns back to manufacturer as neededInput all transactions in and out of the warehouse into our database system, FloorZapStage projects for pickup or delivery to customers and/or jobsitesPerform jobsite deliveries and retrieval of products as neededSafely operate forklift, as requiredRespond to all inquiries regarding orders and fulfillment issuesMinor painting and sanding of trim work as neededQualifying Attributes and Skills:Previous Warehouse experience is requiredFlooring industry experience is a plus, but we will trainCertified forklift operator, or the ability to become certified. We can certify you if neededStrong interpersonal skills, to be able to communicate accurately with customers and installers, providing a better experience for personal interactionStrong problem solving and time management skills, a results-oriented work ethic, and ability to work alone with limited direct supervisionStrong organizational skills with the ability to keep the warehouse free of clutter and highly organizedSupervise any outsourced labor brought in to assist with deliveriesClean driving record, and clear background checkWillingness to assist with tasks, even when the work is out of the scope of normal daily responsibilitiesTechnical proficiency a must (Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook and Excel)Verbal and written English communication skillsPay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)Job Type: Full-timeOur Benefits Include:401(k) with Employer matchHealth and Dental insuranceEmployee discountPaid time offPlus more!Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)Compensation details: 20-23PI73ff31ec5e4f-25660-#######5
