- Issue parts to BRS employees in a way that demonstrates a high level of customer service
- Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory counts are correct
- Work efficiently with the mill computer operating system especially as it relates to issuing warehouse parts
- Perform daily inspections of the warehouse
- Organize the warehouse in a way that contributes to efficiency
- Effectively work with required PPE
- Ensure good housekeeping practices are carried out throughout the work area and grounds
- Perform cross training within the warehouse to accomplish an understanding of all positions
- Support other departments as needed to strengthen BRS profitability and continual improvements efforts
- Maintain flexibility regarding work schedule to include filling in for coworkers during their absence

- Strong technical and analytical/problem solving skills/mechanically inclined/computer skills/highly organized
- Good insight into team dynamics and positive team player
- Strong communication/verbal skills and computer literate
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
- Previous related experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
