Warehouse Crew Manager
: Job Details :

Essential Functions

• Manage MRO purchasing and Warehouse operations
• Interface with Purchasing to establish annual budgets
• Supervise and train multiple union employees
• Ensure best practices, coordinate warehouse operations and activities, and establish consignment inventories.
• Manage warehouse team in the operation of reviewing, removing, and the disposal of obsolete inventories.
• Interface with the Plant Safety Department to ensure that all materials meet Plant and MSHA regulations.
• Provide direction and guidance to MRO Purchasing to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and streamline operations.

Key Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a direct supervision role within a warehouse.
• Strong computer skills.
• SAP experience is required.

Education

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Associate degree or better

Work Environment

• Office environment along with being outside in various weather conditions.

• Working at a computer for extended periods of time
• Periodic lifting up to 30 pounds
