Description The Damage/Returns Processor Cigarettes. Processing Cigarette/OTP damages and returns. Liaison between company and tobacco vendors. Inventory counting. Duties include, but not limited to, everything pertaining to running totes to various departments, return stock to slots and shipping product. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Efficient in Excel is a must. Working knowledge of shipping product, math skills, phone etiquette. Certified in electric pallet jack. Count, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system. Sort and stack totes; shrink-wrap pallets as needed. Transport product and totes to their designated locations. Process product through the inventory tracking system. Record, document, and destroy damaged product. Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills.
