**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
* Enter various orders/data points into the appropriate software ensuring timely and accurate entry. Examples of typical data includes, but is not limited to purchase orders (drafts), tracking information, invoices and Lot Identification Numbers and expiration dates
* Review and recommend needed supplies orders
* Reconcile orders when received and seeking appropriate approvals invoices
* Maintain an accurate and timely Receiving Log of all inbound deliveries
**Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
* 1 year of experience in a logistics role
