Job Description:

This is a full-time position is responsible for loading and unloading product and materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, transporting materials to field locations and picking up materials from local suppliers, as well as customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Efficiently stacks, stores, loads, unloads, moves, and stages product and materials in the appropriate areas using a forklift or other power equipment.
  • Maintaining the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy; assisting in physical inventory counts and/or audits.
  • Accurately recording sales orders and pulling materials for customer delivery.
  • Sorts, packages, and prioritizes orders in an efficient and accurate manner to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Ensuring correct and complete labels are attached to all orders processed.
  • Replenishing area inventory stock as required; follows proper paperwork procedures.
  • Safely picking up materials from local suppliers assuring accurate counts and required paperwork.
  • Safely delivering customer orders to field locations using company vehicles and trailers.
  • Properly using and maintaining assigned company vehicles and other assets.
  • Assisting walk in customers and processing credit card machine transactions.
  • Developing professional working relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners.
  • Answering phones on an as needed basis.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent, two (2) years warehouse experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety minded and proactive regarding safe operating practices
  • Listens and acquires clarification, and responds well to questions.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to successfully work in an unsupervised environment.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
