Position: Warehouse Distribution Associate

Location: Established Medical Center (Contracted by Ultimate Staffing)

Overview: Ultimate Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Associate for an established medical center. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of critical supplies and equipment that support the center's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Management: Accurately receive, verify, and organize incoming supplies and equipment. Maintain inventory levels by setting up, counting, and replenishing items in designated locations (par levels).
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through daily upkeep and systematic arrangements of supplies.
• Linen and Equipment Distribution: Distribute linen, medical supplies, and equipment to various departments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inventory and Data Management: Enter inventory receipts and issues into the system accurately, ensuring up-to-date records of all stock movements.
• Mailroom & Shipping Support: Assist with mailroom duties and fulfill shipping tasks as required.
• Additional Support: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth functioning of the distribution team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain management preferred.
• Experience operating a manual pallet jack; no forklift experience required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly for data entry tasks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including pulling, squatting, bending, walking 5-7 miles daily, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule:

• Temporary role with a duration of 3-6 months
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $17-19 per hour.
